FAQ

What's in the Reusable Bag Set?
Seven bags: 1 large reusable net grocery bag, 3 mesh produce bags (8"x11", 11"x13", 11"x17") and 3 bulk-bin food bags (same three sizes).

What are the bags made of?
Natural cotton and muslin with drawstrings and wooden closures. The bags and their packaging are plastic-free.

What's the tare weight on the label for?
Each bag has its weight sewn on (lbs, ounces and grams) so the cashier can subtract it at checkout.

How do I wash the bag set?
Machine wash. Dry on low heat or hang to dry so they don't shrink.

How do I clean the Waxed Canvas Grocery Bag?
Wipe it clean. Don't put it in the washing machine.

Where do you ship from?
We keep our stock in the US and ship every order from the US. We don't use overseas warehouses or dropshippers.

How much is shipping and how long does it take?
The Reusable Bag Set ships free anywhere in the US. Orders ship within 2 business days; most arrive 3–7 business days after that. You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?
Not right now. We ship to US addresses only.

What if I don't love them?
We stand behind our bags. If you aren't happy, email info@truenatured.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right. See our Refund Policy.
