Please don't mail anything back until we reply with instructions. Condition: You can return unused items in their original packaging. If you've used your bags and aren't happy, our satisfaction guarantee still applies, and we'll handle it case by case. Return shipping: Free if the item is defective or we made a mistake. Otherwise, you pay for return shipping. Damaged or wrong item: Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or a refund. You won't need to send it back.
